Today's offering showcases this luxurious ladies steel and 18K gold Gerald Genta quartz watch in gorgeous original condition. Its elegant incorporates perhaps his most recognized design feature - a large bezel, and particularly an eight sided bezel like his famous Royal Oak design.

For those unfamiliar, Gerald Genta is perhaps the most famous luxury watch designer of the last century. Beginning in 1970, he created some of the most high-end iconic watch designs including Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, the Patek Philippe Nautilus, certain version of the Omega Constellation, the Bvlgari Bvlgari, and the reinvention of the IWC Ingenieur. He also launched the watch brand that hears his name, and that this watch is from.

With a resume that includes so many luxurious labels, it’s it is no surprise that Gerald Genta incorporated the sophistication of an elite brand, while deftly designing ultra-sophisticated and daring designs. Hailing from the headquarters of the watchmaking epicenter of Switzerland, Gerald Genta is recognized for pushing technical boundaries, while infusing the rich heritage of the master craftsman of his motherland.

It is all original and presents as about a 9.5 out of 10 condition. It comes fitted with a new aftermarket band done in a similar style of the original.

These were made around year 2000 and retailed for 2795 Euros at the time. If still made today they would most likely cost $5,000 or more.

A Master Watchmaker has installed a new battery and performed any needed servicing.
